Project Description:Dynasty Plaza is a 480,000 SF retail development in Rowland Heights, where its essence of East meets West will attract a sensational deluge of top American, International, and Asian brands; and an incredible blending of food, fashion and culture. From high tech Times Square to meandering streets of Hong Kong; from Farmer’s Market and Town Square to an international spice bar and exhibition cooking, Dynasty Plaza will evoke all five senses throughout its six themed districts.
The designers at LandArcWest created a sensory journey that is artful, playful, and tasteful; as it links the six districts cohesively. Working as an integral team member with RTKL, LandArcWest complemented the themes, districts, and marketing program of our client to create a vibrant and unique shopping destination.
