Project Description:Aqua Via Lofts, located on Second Street in Oakland, offers easy access to Jack London Square. Along with stunning views of the bay, residents enjoy living in a community that is part of the urban renewal of Old Oakland. The third floor garden courtyard provides a dramatic destination for recreation and relaxation with its lighted professional bocce ball court, outdoor barbeque and moveable Adirondack chairs for sunset viewing. The faux painted “Alice in Wonderland” pots, soft textured plantings, and paving and furnishings in warm, earthy, colors create an intimate Mediterranean setting for this urban bay side location.
